Xbox series x - New Atlantis bug

Hi all, my game keeps crashing when I enter the spaceport of Jemison (New Atlantis). I've been getting by so far, but one of the main story missions requires you to go to the spaceport. I've tried soft power off, hard power off, restart, loading from an earlier save and ultimately uninstalling the game, with none seeming to solve the issue. Any suggestions? Thank you

Sounds like the quest might be a bit bugged. Which one is it? If we know the mission, you can try using console commands to reset the objective/mission status and see if that clears it. Alternatively, have you tried leaving the system and returning? Are you going to the spaceport via ship and it crashes, or on foot?
