As far as I'm aware, there's been no official confirmation of NVIDIA DLSS or Intel XeSS support for launch, and Bethesda's partnership with AMD doesn't give Bethesda a reason to implement it early on.

There's a modder out there that's building support (or planning to) over the course of the Early Access period, so there will be some form of DLSS support in the near future.
