A 4chan leaker claims that vehicles are due in the next update (which was already very likely) but also claims that vehicles can be customized, will have weapons, and won't be carried in newly-implemented ship parts (among other claims).

With the official reveal of vehicles at Gamescom 2024, with all details in the 'leak' proving true, it seems this leak was indeed genuine.
