Shattered Space has been in development longer than most other Bethesda DLC. So, it stands to reason that Bethesda are either polishing it to a fine sheen, or are planning to add a ton of content to the expansion. Question is, will Bethesda pull the cat out of the bag, and will they be able to draw players back as Elden Ring has done?
